Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa came up and over to visit for a few days at the end of July.  I did a miserable job of documenting their visit, but thankfully there's a few pictures to prove they were here and that we had a wonderful time together!  We love you both so much!

Grandma and Grandpa knew all about Solomon's love for Thomas the train.  They managed to find some trains that Sol has been asking for, along with some perfect fit tracks. 

We celebrated Jason's birthday again, but this time we had pie (nectarine, peach, and raspberry).  Solomon, of course, resumed his role of being Jason's birthday helper.

More reading with Grandma and Grandpa-- only this time, it was the Thomas and Friends catalog.  Who knew it could be so much fun?

Grandma Jaynes made an incredible, beautiful, breathtaking quilt for Solomon.  He took to it immediately, insisting that it be one of his blankets at night.  We love, love, love it!

Again, we love you both!  Thank you so much for coming up here and spending time with us... we miss you!
