Big Trail Ride Day

A couple of weeks ago…

the day started with some silliness…

then we got down to business on the balance bike

alittle assistance on the steep climb up to the trail

andthen we were off

mountainbiking is serious business!

Last visitors of the season....

For Labor Day weekend, my sister Laura and her husband, Marc, came out to our neck of the woods for a quick visit.  We had an incredible weekend with them and were so glad they made the trek out here.  We can't wait for Sol's newest cousin to make his grand arrival in November- let the family love grow and grow....

Sol makes all his favorite people wear the football helmet... must mean Uncle Marc's pretty important.

All the while I'm just sitting there

Thank God they have each other....

The floors can't clean themselves, you know.

It makes me so happy to have a son as obsessed with clean floors as I am. Jus' sayin'.
